I believe the ultimate goal of any leadership position is the same.  The focus should always be on student achievement.  In my role as Vice-Principal, student achievement will be the driving force behind all of my decisions.  I see myself not only as someone who will ensure the school is safe, and students are held to certain behavioral expectations, but I will also be an instructional leader.  I look forward to working with students and staff to identify areas of potential improvement and cultivate an environment of continual growth.  School climate and culture are crucial when it comes to increasing student achievement levels and reducing disciplinary issues.  I strongly believe that fostering a positive environment is pivotal to achieving school goals.

I will use my experience and expertise to work with the principal, administrative team, staff, students, and community members to achieve the district goals. Depending on current needs, I understand that my role may be fluid and am prepared to serve in any capacity as needed.
